The National Holocaust Memorial Day Commemoration, Sunday January 29th
This Sunday, one of our 5th year students, Grace Wolfe will be speaking at the national Holocaust Memorial Day it the Mansion House.🎤
This is a follow on from her achievement in Transition Year when she was an award winner for the her artistic piece, attached. The competition was open to TY students and Grace came first place in the Art section of the Mary Elmes Prize.
The same year Johanna Schaffer took second place in the history section of the same competition.
Grace is very excited and proud of her achievement but not as proud as we are of her.😊
A special mention to Mary Keating(TY Co-ordinator) and Ms O Broin (Art teacher) for all their work with Grace.
