Dear all,
A planning meeting for the official opening of the new school on September 5th 2018 at 11am was held today. The main venue for the event will be the Sports Hall, which has capacity for 500 people. As the school population is currently at circa 460 (staff & students), there is limited capacity for guests, outside the immediate school community. In addition, there are formal invites which will issue as part of protocol (educational representatives, construction companies, local representatives, sponsors, etc).
The school however would like to accommodate parents who wish to attend the event. The purpose of this email is to request that you signal your wish to attend, so that we can get an idea of numbers to plan accordingly.
Please reply to this email if you wish to attend, on or before noon, tomorrow Tuesday August 14th 2018.
