Its time to get the walking/running shoes on and get fit together! đâïž
We are inviting parents/guardians and the school community to join in on the couch to 5K plan below.
We will have one group session per week on Thursdays at 5:15 on the all weather pitch at the back of the school.
The couch to 5k plan ends with a 5K run on the 28th of April at 12 and we hope to get as many involved as possible.
Everyone is welcome & this plan is suited to all fitness levels, whether you are a beginner or a marathon runner- all levels welcome.
Tá sé in am na bróga reatha a fháil réidh agus muid ag cur tús le 'Couch to 5K' sa scoil. Iarrtar ar phobal na scoile chomh maith le tuismitheoirí/caomhnóirí páirt a ghlacadh.
