A number of 3rd year students have been participating in JCSP since first year. The Junior Certificate School Programme is a national programme sponsored by the Department of Education and Skills and the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment. Students have been working on subject statements and have been involved in many initiatives. Both the students and their teachers work hard to make this Programme a success in the school.
Pictured are a number of students who were awarded their Profiles of Achievement at the JCSP ceremony on 23rd of May. Students were congratulated on their achievements at the ceremony by their Year Head Ms Garvey, HSCL Ms King and JCSP Programme coordinator Ms Keating. The principal Ms Kelly was also thanked for her continuing support of JCSP.
Students were also presented with a Junior Cert preparation pack put together by Ms Keating to ensure that they were ready for their upcoming exams.
