JCSP Book Review
All 1st Year students participated in a JCSP Book Review initiative recently. Each student picked a book that they had read and wrote a review. The book was based on the interests of the student and reading topics were varied.
Students showed great enthusiasm and the judges had the difficult task of
choosing the winners.
Successful students were:
1A: Adam Connolly, Alex Mulkerrin, Delia Walsh
1B: Molly Mulligan, Rachel Abraham
1C: Aidan Mahon, Clementine Lavelle
1D: Adam Southwell Lindley, John Kane
Best illustration: Grace Carey (1D)
All the students above received a Book Token for €10 for The Clifden Bookshop as well as a copy of ‘In Pieces’ a hugely successful book written by a group of JCSP students in 2013.
