Yet again our 2nd year students produced some fantastic Christmas Cakes. They all worked very hard during the months of November and December designing, baking and decorating their cakes.
Special mention goes to Home Economics Teacher Ms Heaney for all her support and also to all the pupils for putting in such a high level of effort and diligence to this activity.
Local baker Cathal Walsh, from Walsh’s Bakery and Coffee Shop was faced with the unenviable task of selecting the prize winners. He was very impressed with the creative talent of our students.
