Last Sunday, January 29th, Grace Wolfe, one of our 5th year students spoke at the National Holocaust Memorial Day at the Mansion House. Grace is an amazing ambassador for our school and we are incredibly proud of her.
Taoiseach Leo Varadker was the keynote speaker for the event.
Although it was a solemn occasion, we were so proud of Grace to be a part of it and she did so well.
Tomi Reichental, a survivor of the Holocaust and a visitor to the school a few years ago, also spoke at the event and the memories that have stayed with him all these years later.
A special thanks and mention to Ms Keating who also attended to hear Grace speak on Sunday and who is also our TY Coordinator who helped and guided Grace last year with her entry into the Mary Elmes competition- the same competition which led her to speaking at the Memorial Day.
