U17 MATCH VS GALWAY COMMUNITY COLLEGE
The U17 soccer team began their season with a 4-1 win on Thursday 19th September. Darragh Michel was the first to get on the scoresheet with a breakaway goal. Galway Community College then drew level shortly after in the first half and Clifden CS then clicked into gear. Darragh Michel grabbed his second goal with a great strike before Alex Conneely scored a third for Clifden CS after some good individual work. Dickson Ehigie added a fourth in the second half to wrap up the win.
Joe Boote and Daragh Conroy produced solid performances from centre back and Owen Mcdonnell proved influential dropping between the lines and moving defense to attack.
